Botetourt County GIS

Geographic Information System mapping data is available to view online. GIS is a sophisticated computer based mapping system which enables the user to simultaneously view maps graphically and display additional data about various features shown on the maps.

Botetourt County’s online GIS interface is intended to help all users to more quickly access general mapping information. Currently available data layers include: streets, addresses, magisterial district and voting precincts, school districts, fire and rescue districts, electric service areas, private refuse hauler zones, zip codes, scanned topography, and aerial photos. Tax parcel mapping is also viewable online along with printable land cards and sketches.
